EUSTIS, Florida—A Eustis man is being held in the Lake County Jail on no bond after firing a shot at another Eustis man Saturday and punching him in the face after the man threw him out of his house following an argument, according to an arrest affidavit. EUSTIS, Florida—Eustis Police Department has released the name of the man who was found dead near a cell phone tower off David Walker Drive Monday morning. Joseph Campbell, 68, was reported missing by a friend to Tavares Police Department prior to being found by a passerby around 8 a.m. Monday, TPD Chief Sarah Coursey told Inside Lake.   EPD is investigating the death, but it does not appear to be suspicious, EPD Capt. Ken Toler said Monday. Campbell was a former NFL player and played for the Oakland Raiders in 1981 when they won the Super Bowl, according to Raiders.com.

EUSTIS, Florida—Eustis Police Department is investigating after a man’s body was found by a passerby Monday morning. “It appears to be a natural death,” EPD Chief Craig Capri told Inside Lake. The man’s body was found off David Walker drive near a cell tower, said Capt. Ken Toler. “We’re still investigating,” Toler said, “but nothing stands out (as suspicious.) We’re awaiting the medical examiner.” Police have identified the man but are not releasing his name until his next of kin has been notified.

Jacob Parrish, 36, of Umatilla entered Wells Fargo Advisors, 127 North Bay Street around 3 p.m. Friday armed with a knife while three employees, two females and a male were in the building, Eustis Police Department Capt.
