CLERMONT, Florida—A 41-year-old Clermont man is facing several counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct after being accused of giving three minor sisters alcohol and marijuana and behaving inappropriately. Edwin Ivan Cuevas Quinones, of Clermont, is accused of plying the three girls with marijuana and alcohol in June while they were in Florida for a visit, according to a probable cause affidavit.
