MOUNT DORA, Florida—Mount Dora Police Department is investigating the deaths of a man and woman who were found dead around 4 p.m. New Year’s Eve in an apartment at Waterman Village, according to City of Mount Dora Public Information Officer Vershurn Ford. James “Brett” Meade, filed the suit in Lake County Circuit Court late Monday afternoon, alleging a violation of the Florida Public Whistleblowers Act.
