Suspected vehicle located in fatal Tavares hit-and-run
TAVARES, Fla.—The vehicle believed to be involved in a hit-and-run that killed a bicyclist earlier this month has been located, according to Tavares Police Department. Frank Carrasquillo, 49, was riding a bicycle when he was hit and killed shortly before 9 p.m. July 13 in the 600 block of East Alfred Street, TPD Public Information Officer Courtney Sullivan told Inside Lake, the day after the crash. The driver fled the scene and police have located a grey Honda Odyssey, believed to be involved. It had damage consistent with evidence found at the scene, Sullivan said.
