LEESBURG, Florida—A stolen grocery bag containing frozen cauliflower, juice and muffins landed a Leesburg woman in jail Tuesday, according to an arrest affidavit. The victim called Leesburg Police Department and said she arrived home around 7:20 p.m. to find April Lee Evans, 37, walking off her front porch with groceries that had just been delivered.
