TAVARES, Fla. — Beginning Monday, the Tavares Public Library will host “Come Read with Nora.” Nora, the Tavares Police Department’s therapy dog, will be available to listen as children read their favorite books during scheduled sessions from 4 to 5 p.m. This month’s StoryWalk selection is Scribble Stones by Diane Alber, a children’s book that highlights creativity and kindness. Nora’s reading dates are Jan. 5, .Jan. 15, and Jan 27. Families are invited to attend, select a book, and enjoy a relaxed reading experience with Nora at the library.
