August 17, 1947-June 17, 2021 Alberta Smith Fowler, 73, of Eustis, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021, surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts to the late Paul & Priscilla Smith, she moved to Grand Island in 1957, as a young girl, from Newport, Rhode Island. She attended Eustis Heights Elementary and Eustis High School before receiving her diploma from Howey Academy.
