EUSTIS, Fla.—Eustis Police Department is investigating after two people were shot Friday night.
EPD responded to the area of Kensington Street around 10 p.m. and found a male and a female suffering from gunshot wounds, EPD Chief Craig Capri told Inside Lake.
Capri said the scene was “active and fluid” and little information was available late Friday night. The victim’s names and the extent of their injuries have not been released, but at least one person was airlifted for treatment, he said.
Units were still on scene around 11:30 p.m., “They are canvassing the area for evidence,” Capri said.
No arrests had been made at press time and police did not release any information on a suspect.
